This lovely necklace is made with tiny pink mother of pearl rondelles, clear quartz, rose quartz in two shapes, chunky onyx beads, and sterling silver spacers. The pendant was handmade by Juniper at Arcane Artifacts.
Like everything I make, this piece is made with love and infused with Reiki. It would make a lovely set of unconventional prayer beads.
The approximate length of this piece is 22 1/4"; the length from the top of the center rose quartz bead to the bottom of the clay pendant is 4 1/2". The black bust has a neck with a 11 1/4" circumference; the artist's neck, also pictured, is 17 1/2".
Remember to leave a little bit of wiggle room for your comfort and the size of the beads. If needed, there are extender chains in the add-on section of my shop. I can also create a custom-sized piece for you in many cases.
The crimp beads and spacers are sterling silver. All other metal components are hypoallergenic, high quality stainless steel.
Everything is strung on sturdy, flexible, nylon-coated 49-strand stainless steel beading wire.
Metaphysical Properties
Rose quartz is associated with the heart chakra. It can help open us to all forms of love; its energies are useful in boosting self-confidence and self-worth. Rose quartz is a powerful but gentle healing stone and can specifically help with encouraging self-awareness, dreamwork, trust, harmony and dispelling negativity. It is also often used in fertility magic.
Rhodochrosite is a stone of friendship and harmony, love, compassion and kindness. It just radiates comfort and love; this makes it a good choice when serious emotional and spiritual healing are required. Rhodochrosite can help lift the fog of depression and encourage a positive, cheerful outlook. Eases emotional stress and anxiety while promoting a healthy sense of self love and self worth. This sweet stone may also help regulate blood pressure, relieve migraines, stimulate blood flow, and help with symptoms of ailments related to the skin, thyroid and intestines. Rhodochrosite is associated with Leo and Scorpio, along with the heart chakra. This may be a particularly good fit for someone healing from a painful breakup or sexual assault.
Quartz, also known as rock crystal, is the most universally known and plentiful crystal. Quartz enhances the energy of other stones around it and is also excellent for use in finding balance, clarity and harmony. It is also used for healing, channeling, clearing negative energy and protection. Its energies can aid in meditation, divination, manifestation and more.
Onyx's energies can aid in increasing intuition and joy, repelling negativity, finding balance and ridding oneself of bad habits. It brings strength and healing, and can enhance psychic workings. Onyx is also a grounding, protective stone which can aid in repelling negativity and psychic attack.
Silver increases perception and balances emotion. It enhances the moon's energy and can be helpful in energizing other minerals during full and new moons. The color silver is often associated with goddesses, the moon, psychic development, fluidity, insight, reflection and money.
